01 — AKAD

The hall becomes a majlis.

Tables turn to face the arch, the family takes the mezzanine, and the room goes quiet for one sentence. Natural light in the morning, warm light after Maghrib.

02 — SANDING

A pelamin that fits the room.

Bring your own pelamin vendor or let us introduce ours. The white arch against the green curtain is the look you have seen above. Anything from minimal florals to full garden works against these walls.

03 — MAKAN

Our kitchen, your menu.

Malay kenduri classics, western plated, or a mix. Live stations on the terrace: kambing golek, grill, barista bar, dessert and ice-cream carts. Guests keep moving, plates keep full.

04 — PERSEMBAHAN & PHOTOS

Strings, then the terrace.

An acoustic duo or violinist by the pelamin, cake cutting, and an outdoor session under the canopy and string lights while the sun drops. We hold the lighting, you hold hands.

Indoor hall, mezzanine, terrace with canopy option, neon photo wall, washrooms and the VIP room for the bride to freshen up.

Food & drink

In-house halal kitchen. Buffet, plated, live stations, barista bar, dessert carts. External caterer by discussion.

Crew & flow

Event captain, kitchen lead and service team on the day. Run sheet agreed with you a week before.

Vendors

Pelamin, deco, photo and video, makeup, performers. Bring yours or ask for ours. We coordinate timing and load-in.

Questions we get

Before you WhatsApp.

Can we bring our own pelamin and deco vendor?

Yes. Most couples do. We agree a load-in time, share the floor plan and power points, and our crew is around during setup. If you do not have one, ask us and we will introduce vendors who have worked in this room.

Do you do the food, or can we bring a caterer?

Our kitchen is on site and halal, so food is usually ours: kenduri menus, western plated, or live stations on the terrace. An external caterer is possible by discussion.

How many guests can the venue take?

It depends on the format: seated akad, standing reception, or flowing buffet across two floors and the terrace. Tell us your estimated pax and we will tell you honestly whether it fits and how.

Is there parking and a place to pray?

Open parking around D'Vida Business Park. A prayer space is arranged inside the venue on request, with prayer mats and a clear qiblat.

How do we book a date?

WhatsApp us the date, estimated pax and type of majlis. We confirm availability, invite you for a site visit, and send a written quote. A deposit holds the date.

Can we do photos outside?

Yes. The terrace, the string lights and the ELEVN sign at night are all yours. Many couples also walk to the nearby park for a short session, as Natasha and Syafiq did.
